层状α-磷酸锆的制备和烷二胺插层α-磷酸锆及其结构表征

Preparation of Layered α-ZrP and Alkyldiamine-α-ZrP Intercalation and Characterization

摘要: 在常温常压下用HF直接沉淀法制取α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP),并采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)等手段对α-磷酸锆的结构进行表征.结果表明,α-磷酸锆的结晶度较高,晶相比较单一,层间距为0.77nm.晶体结构中有—HPO4基团存在.并分别在不同条件下把烷二胺插入α-磷酸锆层间,研究了它的插层性能.

Abstract: α-ZrP was prepared by a precipitation method.The product was characterized by XRD,IR methods.The product showed a better crystallinity and a higher purity,and the spacing of 0.77 nm.—HPO4 group exists in the crystal.Alkyldiamine was inserted in layers of α-ZrP under different conditions,and its intercalation performance was studied.
