Abstract:
Using entropy of subsystem of near event horizon of the arbitrarily accelerating non-stationary black hole with electric charges,the instantaneous radiant existence is calculated out,and it is gained that the instantaneous radiant exitance of blank hole at a direction at any time is always proportionate to quarto power of temperature of the event horizon of black hole on this direction.It is found that the factor of generalized Stefan-Boltzmann is a dynamic proportional coefficient related to the rate of a ...
