铁与钒、铱、铂和钌的浮选分离研究
Flotation Separation of Fe(Ⅲ) from V(Ⅴ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt(Ⅳ) and Ru(Ⅲ)

摘要: 在水溶液中,铁(Ⅲ)与四丁基溴化铵和硫氰酸钾能够生成不溶于水的[Fe(SCN)6][TBAB]3三元缔合物.当加入硫酸铵后,该三元缔合物浮于水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相.通过浮选,Fe(Ⅲ)可以与V(Ⅴ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt(Ⅳ)和Ru(Ⅲ)定量分离.当溶液中四丁基溴化铵和硫氰酸钾的浓度分别为0.8 mmol/L和7.0 mmol/L时,Fe(Ⅲ)的浮选率达到98.2%以上Abstract: In the aqueous solutions Fe(Ⅲ) combines with tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and KSCN into a ternary ion association precipitate [Fe(SCN)6]3.In the presence of(NH4)2SO4,the precipitate was floated well on the surface of water phase to make the system to divide into liquid phase and sold phase with a distinct boundary layer.Fe(Ⅲ) could be quantitatively separated from V(Ⅴ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt(Ⅳ) and Ru(Ⅲ) by floatation.And 98.2% floatation percentage of Fe(Ⅲ) were obtained when the concentrations of tetrabutyl ...
