Abstract: According to GBJ10-89 concrete specification, this paper provides the simplified calculation about the crack width of eccentrical tension member of reinforced concrete. With the common cross-sectional dimension and reinforcement ratio in the civil engineer,this paper also compiles a calculating table for the allowable eccentriacl tension of the maximum crack width.
