钯与铱、铂、钌、铑和镓的浮选分离研究

Study on Floatation Separation of Pd from Ir,Pt,Ru,Rh and Ga

  • 摘要: 在水溶液中, Pd(Ⅱ)与溴化钾和四丁基溴化铵形成不溶于水的三元配合物,此三元配合物浮于盐水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相,当溶液中溴化钾和四丁基溴化铵的浓度分别为1.5×10-2mol/L和2.0×10-3mol/L, pH =2.0时, Pd(Ⅱ)被定量浮选.Ir(Ⅳ)、Pt(Ⅳ)、Ru(Ⅲ)、Rh(Ⅲ)和Ga(Ⅲ)离子在该体系中不被浮选,实现了Pd(Ⅱ)与这些离子的定量分离,对合成水样中Pd(Ⅱ)的定量浮选分离测定,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: The flotation separation behavior of Pd(Ⅱ) with potassium bromide-tetrabutyl ammonium bromide system and the conditions for the separation of Pd(Ⅱ) from other metal ions were studied.The results showed that Pd(Ⅱ) could be quantiatively separated from Ir(Ⅳ)、Pt(Ⅳ)、Ru(Ⅲ)、 Rh(Ⅲ) and Ga(Ⅲ) by flotation when the concentrations of potassium bromide and tetrabutylammonium bromide in solution were 1.5×10-2 mol/L and 2.0×10-3 mol/L,pH=2.0,respectively.The method has been used for the separation and determination of Pd(Ⅱ) in the sample of synthetic water with satisfactory results.
