强光下NO对铜绿微囊藻抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素荧光的影响

摘要: 研究了NO对强光辐射下的铜绿微囊藻的叶绿素a的含量、两种抗氧化保护氧化酶的活性变化.实验结果表明:在强光照射下,NO对微囊藻细胞两种抗氧化保护氧化酶AsA-POD、SOD的酶活性有明显提高的作用.NO降低叶绿素荧光值,但是6 h后恢复到正常状态,保护叶绿素不受强光的破坏.Abstract: The activity of two kinds of antioxidized enzymes and the content of Chla in Microcystis aerugiuosa Kütz was studied with treatment of nitric oxide under high light.The results showed that the activity two kinds of anti oxidized protections enzymes ASA-POD and SOD has been obviously enhanced under high light.Fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm) was decreased 90% under high light after treated with nitric oxide,but it restored normally after 6 h.So Chla content was protected by nitric oxide under high light.
