Effects of Nitric Oxide on the Small Deckweed Treated with the UV-B

  • 摘要: 以小浮萍为材料,研究紫外线-B(UV-B)辐射下NO对植物的保护作用.经紫外线处理过的小浮萍,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量降低,而SOD、POD和CAT活性上升;加入NO后,可以阻止叶绿素含量下降,提高可溶性蛋白质含量,且增加SOD、POD和CAT的活性.NO可以提高小浮萍抗紫外线能力.

     

    Abstract: The protective effects of nitric oxide on small deckweed response to UV-B radiated were studied in this paper.The chlorophyll content of the deckweed dropped down,nitric oxide prevent the process.The dissolubility protein was reduced by UV-B radiated,nitric oxide protect the protein demolished by UVB.The SOD 、POD and CAT raised treated with UV-B,nitric oxide also boosted the activities of SOD 、 POD and CAT.The results suggested that nitric oxide enhanced competence of the plant response to UV-B radiance.
