Abstract: Based on the infection characteristics of Hepatitis B,a mathematical model with chronological-age and infection-age was developed.Assuming that infection rate depends on individuals chronological age and infection age and that the vaccination has definite lifetime,the condition of the stability of the infection free equilibrium was obtained.
