Abstract: As city's developing, the environment problem become more and more important, city's construction become the important parts of city's construction, force city's eco construction could be used for adjusting climate, cleaning environment, defusing noise, raising citizen's living level. These could promote the city's economy development. In a city's construction, we should have a developing idea make our city become one fitting live and fitting its economy developing.
