铜(Ⅱ)对蝌蚪的急性毒性研究

Acute toxicity of Cu~(2+) on Ranenigromaculata Tadpole

  • 摘要: 研究了不同温度、pH值和碱度条件下铜离子对黑斑蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性,结果表明:铜离子对蝌蚪的毒性随水温的升高明显加强,当温度为20、26、32℃时,96 h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.206、0.032、0.026 mg/L.在酸性条件下随着pH的升高,铜离子对蝌蚪的毒性降低,在碱性条件下随着pH的升高,铜离子对蝌蚪的毒性加剧,pH值为6.7、7.5、8.8时,96 h的LC50分别为0.100、0.206、0.140 mg/L;在碱度较低时,铜离子对蝌蚪的毒性随碱度的升高而降低,在碱度较高时,铜离子的毒性随着碱度的升高而增强,碱度为0.79、1.30和1.65 mmol/L时,96 h的LC50分别为0.206、0.180、0.100 mg/L.

     

    Abstract: The effects of Cu~(2+) on acute toxicity of Ranenigromaculata Tadpole under different water temperature,alkalinity,and pH conditions were studied.The results indicated that the toxicity increase with increas of the water temperature,when the water temperature reach 20,26 and 32 ℃,the values of 96 h LC_(50) is 0.206,0.032,(0.026 mg/L,)respectively.The toxicity is decrease with the increase of pH in low pH range.As pH is 6.7,7.5,and 8.8,the values of 96 h LC_(50) is 0.100,0.206,0.140 mg/L,respectively.As alka...
