Abstract: Based on Lyapunov second method,firstly,H∞ performance analysis for nominal neutral system is discussed in this paper.Moreover,robust H∞ controller designed method for neutral system with mixed time-varying delays and uncertainties under consideration which bear the time-varying structural is investigated,with the conclusions in literatures developed and improved.Finally,a numerical example demonstrates that the proposed criterion is feasible.
