TiO_2纳米管的制备及其电化学储锂性能

Preparation and Lithium Intercalation of TiO_2 Nanotubes

  • 摘要: 以TiO2粉末为原料,利用在碱性条件下加热回流的方法制备了H2Ti4O9.H2O和TiO2纳米管.分别用TEM、SAED和XRD等分析方法对纳米管的形貌和结构进行表征,结果显示H2Ti4O9.H2O纳米管在400℃条件下可以转化为锐钛矿型的TiO2纳米管且其管状结构基本保持不变.电化学储锂结果显示H2Ti4O9.H2O和TiO2纳米管都比原料TiO2具有较大的可逆比电容和较高的稳定性,而加热可以使TiO2纳米管的电化学稳定性更高于H2Ti4O9.H2O纳米管.

     

    Abstract: H2Ti4O9·H2O and TiO2 nanotubes were synthesized by refluxing the TiO2 powder in alkali solution.The morphologies and structures of the products were characterized using TEM,SAED and XRD instruments and the results show that H2Ti4O9·H2O nanotubes annealed at 400 ℃ can transform to anatase TiO2 nanotubes without changing the tubular structure.The lithium intercalation result shows that both the H2Ti4O9·H2O and TiO2 nanotubes have higher discharge and charge capacity and stability than that of TiO2 raw materia...
