Abstract: Each of paper publication and electronic publication has its superiority and readers. By analysising their commonness ,superiority and problems, it is pointed out that electronic publication , in spite of its obvious superiority, can't substitute paper publication completely. The two publications must mutually complement and satisfy the needs of different level readers if the publishers wish to gain nicer economic and society benefit.
