Abstract: With the guidance of Marxism's land rent theory and income theory in west economics,on the basis of the farm land grade-evaluation,this paper analyses and compares with several kinds of methods of land appraise-price and chooses the method of income discount as the fundamental way for the farm land appraise-price at the modem stage.
