Abstract: The 492 articles published in"Journal of Xinyang Teachers College(Natural Science Edition)"during 1997～2000 were statisticed. The percentage of article supported by various foundation is 38.0%.The number of citation literature per article is 5.88,which is almost equal to the average level in the whole country.
