聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合材料研究进展

  • 摘要: 简要概述了聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构及性能和蒙脱土的有机改性机理,详细介绍了对聚烯烃/蒙脱土、聚苯乙烯/蒙脱土和橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研究进展.对各种制备方法进行了分析比较,指出了对聚合物进行接枝改性,提高其与有机蒙脱土的相容性是制备聚合物/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的关键.
    Abstract: The new progress in polyolefine/ montmorillonite,polystyrene/montmorillonite,rubber/montmorillonite nanocomposites was summarized.The structure and properties of polymer/montmorillonite nanocomposites,and the principles of organic modification of montmorillonite were described,the mechanisms of three preparation methods of polymer/ montmorillonite nanocomposites were also introduced.It was pointed out that modification of polymer by grafting,to raise the compatibility with organic-montmorillonite,was the ke...
