Abstract: An algorithm for constructing a class of symmetric-antisymmetric orthogonal refinable functions withmultiplicity 2r is presented.For given compactly supported the length-2Nsymmetric-antisymmetric orthogonal multi-wavelet,length-(2N+1)multiwavelet can be constructed by using the rules given in this paper and vice verse.Final-ly,some examples are given..
