Abstract: LUCC is a hot topic. Model method, as one of the most important methods to study LUCC, does play an important role in summarizing the rule of regional land use changes. This article presents developing trend, composition and classification of LUCC, and analyzes the current extensive models from angles of the change degree of land use , the direction of land use change and the spatial pattern of land use change, finally points out the problem of the model and proposes some corresponding advice.
