间接重量法分析花生壳中菲丁含量

The Analysis of Phytin Content in Peanut Shell Using Indirect Weighing Method

摘要: 介绍了一种花生壳中菲丁含量的分析方法——间接重量分析法，即向花生壳酸浸液中加入Ｆｅ３＋离子定量沉淀出菲丁，过量的Ｆｅ３＋离子用重量法分析，间接计算出花生壳中菲丁含量为４．８７２％，实验证明，此种分析方法是切实可行的。并还对分析过程的影响因素作了详细探讨。

Abstract: An analytical method,indirect weighing method for the phytin content in peanut shell is introduced in this paper.At the same time,the influence factor for the analytical process is investigated in detail.The results obtained shown that the analytical method is feasible.
