硝酸钠-硫氰酸铵-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵体系浮选分离铂

Separation of Platinum(Ⅳ) by NaNO_3-NH_4SCN-Hexadocyltrimethy lammonium Bromide Floatation System

  • 摘要: 研究硝酸钠存在下,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵-硫氰酸铵体系浮选Pt(Ⅳ)的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件.实验结果表明,当溶液中溴化十六烷基三甲基铵、硫氰酸铵、硝酸钠的浓度分别为4.0×10-3mol.L-1、3.0×10-2mol.L-1、0.05 g.mL-1,pH4.0时,Pt(Ⅳ)可与Co(II)、Mn(II)、Al(Ⅲ)、Ni(II)、Ga(Ⅲ)、Fe(II)离子定量分离,该方法用于Ni-Pt/Al2O3催化剂中铂的分离和测定,Pt的含量7次平均值为0.095 2%,RSD为2.2%.

     

    Abstract: The floatation separation behavior of Platinum(Ⅳ) by NH4SCN-hexadocyltrimethylammonium bromide system in the presence of NaNO3 and the conditions for the separation of platinum(Ⅳ) from other metal ions were studied.The results showed that Platinum(Ⅳ) could be quantitatively separated from Co(II),Mn(II),Al(Ⅲ),Ni(II),Ga(Ⅲ) and Fe(II) by floatation when the concentrations of hexadocyltrimethylammonium bromide,NH4SCN and NaNO3 in solution are 4.0×10-3 mol·L-1,3.0×10-2 mol·L-1,0.05 g·mL1(pH4.0),respectively.This...
