分光光度法测定工业废水中的汞

摘要: 在β-环糊精和聚乙烯醇存在下,在盐酸介质中基于汞-硫氰酸盐-罗丹明B的显色反应,采用分光光度法测定汞.配合物的最大吸收波长为580 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.97×105L.mol-1.cm-1,汞含量在0.03~0.4 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,线性回归方程:A=0.092ρ+0.007 1,相关系数r=0.998 4.此方法已用于工业废水中微量汞的测定,结果令人满意Abstract: The spetrophotometry analytical method of mercurry was developed based on the colour reaction of Hg(Ⅱ)-SCN——RhB system in the presence of β-cyclodextrin and polyvinyl alcohol in the medium of hydroloric acid.The maximum absorbance is at 580 nm with apparent molar absorption of 4.97 × 105 L·mol-1·cm-1.The beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.03~0.4 mg/L.The regression equation of calibration is A=0.092ρ + 0.007 1 with a correlation coefficient 0.988 4.The proposed method was used to determine t...
