Abstract: This article described fish species in the 12 nature reserves of South China.Those fishes are belong to 6 orders,18 families,55 species and they mainly consist in the Vesandants of ancvent fish groups in the Old Third Century and some other fish groups which have the warmwaterhabitated character of south Asia.The origins,the spreading and the fauna components of the fishes in the 12 nature reserves were also studied.
