高岭石/N-甲基甲酰胺插层复合物的制备

  • 摘要: 室温下,通过磁力搅拌制备高岭石/N-甲基甲酰胺(NMF)插层复合物.用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DSC分析插层前后特征基团和结构的变化.结果表明:NMF有机分子进入高岭石层间,在连续搅拌24 h后插层率为92%,层间距由0.71 nm膨胀为1.07 nm,随着反应时间的延长,插层率下降,但是其结构的有序度提高;插层后3696 cm-1、3668 cm-1、3651 cm-1处峰强度变弱,3619 cm-1基本不变,在1638 cm-1和3553 cm-1处出现新的吸收峰;TG-DSC分析表明在145℃左右有机分子分解,512℃左右失去结构水,1000℃左右出现相转变.

     

    Abstract: Kaolinite/NMF intercalation compound were prepared by magnetic stirring at room temperature.The change of characteristic groups and structure with intercalation and without intercalation were analyzed by the XRD、FTIR and TG-DSC. The results show that NMF get into the kaolinite layer,the intercalated rate is up to 92% and the layer space increased from 0.71 nm to 1.07 nm under stir for 24 h.As the time was extended,the intercalated rate decreased,but the order of crystallization increased.The intensity of OH...
