Abstract: Deferred payment has drawn widespread attention and research because it allows customers to take full advantage of the time value of cash.Based on previous studies,we develop the stochastic demand and random lead time twowarehouse inventory model on the two-warehouse and derive two warehouse stochastic inventory costs expectations of optimal analytical expression,which can provide the theoretic tools for the inventory manager.
