Abstract: The periodic Lotka-Volterra three species model with both competitive and predator prey relationships is considered.A set of easily verifiable sufficient conditions is obtained for the existence of the globally asymptotically stable periodic solution.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the feasibility of these conditions.
