Abstract: The referencepresented a stagestructured competitive population model with cannibalism and harvesting of a mature population and studied the existence and positiveness of its resolution.The conditions of the existence of a locally asymptotically stable equilitium are obtained.The existence of a globally asymptotically stable equilibrium and discuss the optimal harvesting of the mature is studied.
