  • 摘要: 详细分析了裂解碳五馏分与甲醇进行醚化反应体系中原料的加氢处理、热力学和动力学特点.裂解碳五经选择性加氢后,可以有效地除去原料中的二烯烃,满足醚化反应的需要;醚化反应体系存在三对可逆放热反应,为提高异戊烯的转化率,需综合考虑反应速度与化学平衡的影响;反应体系是强的非理想体系,描述体系的热力学和动力学方程需要以活度的形式表示,开发出适用范围宽的动力学模型,将其应用到工业生产中是合理利用裂解碳五的有效途径.
