摘要: 研究了信阳毛尖茶在常温条件下不同包装方式、茶叶不同含水量和不同保鲜处理对茶叶保鲜效果的影响，确定了信阳毛尖茶常温保鲜技术的最佳方式。

Abstract: Affect to Xinyang Mao Jian Tea keeping in store effect under different packway ,different containing water in the tea and different keeping in store way has been studied.The best way to Xinyang Mao Jian Tea keeping in store technology under normol tempherature was proposed.
