矮慈姑人工授粉后花粉管生长的荧光显微观察

An Observation of Pollen Tube Growth after Artificial Pollination in Sagittaria pygmaea Miq by Fluor

  • 摘要: 用荧光显微术观察了矮慈姑(SagitariapygmaeaMiq)人工授粉后雌蕊上花粉粒萌发及花粉管的生长过程与途径,结果表明:该种在授粉0.5h后花粉粒全部萌发出花粉管,花粉管在授粉2h后部分到达子房,4h内进入胚珠;花粉管在雌蕊之向心一侧的组织中行进,至子房基部后部分花粉管转向胚珠,由珠孔进入珠心。大部分花粉管穿过子房基部至花托组织,并可进入其他雌蕊中,这可能有利于保证雌蕊结实率

     

    Abstract: Using fluorescence microscopy,the pollen germination and pollen tube growth after artificial pollination in Sagittaria pygmaea Miq were observed. The results are as follows:Pollen grains are germinated 0.5 hours after pollination.Pollen tubes arrive ovary walls 2 hours after pollination,and come into ovules 4 hours after pollination.Pollen tubes penetrated the centripetal tissues to the bases of pistils.Some pollen tubes circumambulated to the ovules,the others penetrated the bases of ...
