矮慈姑人工授粉后花粉管生长的荧光显微观察

An Observation of Pollen Tube Growth after Artificial Pollination in Sagittaria pygmaea Miq by Fluor

摘要: 用荧光显微术观察了矮慈姑（ＳａｇｉｔａｒｉａｐｙｇｍａｅａＭｉｑ）人工授粉后雌蕊上花粉粒萌发及花粉管的生长过程与途径，结果表明：该种在授粉０．５ｈ后花粉粒全部萌发出花粉管，花粉管在授粉２ｈ后部分到达子房，４ｈ内进入胚珠；花粉管在雌蕊之向心一侧的组织中行进，至子房基部后部分花粉管转向胚珠，由珠孔进入珠心。大部分花粉管穿过子房基部至花托组织，并可进入其他雌蕊中，这可能有利于保证雌蕊结实率

Abstract: Using fluorescence microscopy,the pollen germination and pollen tube growth after artificial pollination in Sagittaria pygmaea Miq were observed. The results are as follows:Pollen grains are germinated 0.5 hours after pollination.Pollen tubes arrive ovary walls 2 hours after pollination,and come into ovules 4 hours after pollination.Pollen tubes penetrated the centripetal tissues to the bases of pistils.Some pollen tubes circumambulated to the ovules,the others penetrated the bases of ...
