Ga(Ⅲ)在乙醇-罗丹明B-硫酸铵体系中的绿色析相萃取

Green Extraction of Gallium in Ethanol-Rhodamine B-ammonium Sulfate System by Phase Separation

  • 摘要: 在硫酸铵的作用下,乙醇水溶液分成两相.在分相过程中,GaCl4-与罗丹明B(RhB)生成的GaCl4-RhB+能被乙醇相完全萃取.当溶液中乙醇、罗丹明B和硫酸铵的浓度分别为30%(v/v)、0.6 g/L和0.3 g/mL时,GaCl4-的萃取率达到98.5%以上,Pb(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cr(III)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Ru(III)、Fe(II)、Co(Ⅱ)和Ag(Ⅰ)基本不被萃取,实现了Ga(Ⅲ)与上述金属离子的分离

     

    Abstract: The ethanol-water solution could be divided into two phases in the presence of ammonium sulphate.The complex GaCl-4 formed from reaction between GaCl-4 and Rhodamine B could be extracted.The extraction percentage of Ga(Ⅲ) reached 98.5% when the concentrations of ethanol,Rhodamine B and ammonium sulphate in solution are 30 %(v/v),0.6 g/L and 0.3 g/mL,respectively.The results showed that Pb(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cr(III),Cu(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Ru(III),Fe(II),Co(Ⅱ) and Ag(Ⅰ) are almost not interfere the extraction of Ga(...
