Abstract: Arabidopsis thaliana,a model plant widely applied in the studies on genetic biology,is easily damaged by aphis during its life period.By comparison among different methods,it was found that arrest-board together with drug insufflation application was an effective method for prevent and cure aphides indoors.After the examination of time-intervals for treatment,three days should be the proper time-interval between treatments in order to annihilate aphides thoroughly.
