中华鳖养殖期间池水细菌数量和种类的变化

摘要: 研究了中华鳖养殖期间池水中细菌数量和种类的周年变化，结果表明：细菌总量以６、７、８、９月份较高，达１０７个／Ｌ；气单胞菌及假单胞菌以５、６、７、８、９月份较高，达１０７个／Ｌ；肠道菌群以６、７、８、９月份较高达１０７个／Ｌ；弧菌以６、７、８、月份较高，达１０６个／Ｌ。

Abstract: The yearly variation of the bacteria number and species in water of ponds were studied.The resalts obtained show that the total bacteria number in water of ponels can be reached 10 7cfu/L in June,July,Augest anel september.Aeromonads and psoudomonads in water of ponds can be resached 10 7 cfu/L in May,June,July,Augest and september.Enterobaceae in water of ponds can be reached 10 7 cfu/L in June,July,Augest and September.Vibrias in water of ponds can be reached 10 6cfu/L in Jun,July and Augest.
