摘要: 基于频域矩量法(MOM)与解析法的Ansoft Designer软件,应用电磁参数变异模拟仿真计算、分析了金属基底烧结铁氧体隐身层因老化呈现出的高频电磁特性.设厚度为2 mm,直径为10 mm的理想导体蒙皮,表面涂层为1.6 mm厚的烧结铁氧体介质,其介电系数εr=20,电损耗为0.45,导磁率μr=1.2,磁损耗为10,裂纹缺陷为5 mm长、1 mm宽.采用平面波倾斜入射,计算与分析得出:在812 GHz频带内,因介质参数变异对隐身电磁性能影响较明显.Abstract: Medium performance variation infection for high electromegnetic charachteristics of the sinter ferrite medium film aging based on a metal was simulated and analysed using Ansoft Designer which is on MOM and resolution methods.The metal surface was coated with a medium layer of thickness 2 mm and diameter 10mm,which has relative permittivity εr=20,relative permeability μr=1.2,dielectric loss tangent 0.45,and magnetic loss tangent 10,and a crack of 5 mm length and 1 mm width on the surface.Plane wave slope incidence is used for calculation and analysis,and the conclusions that infection is obvious for stealth due to of coating sinter Ferrite medium performance variaty in 812 GHz is obtained.
