摘要: 近年来,分子荧光探针被广泛地应用于生理内源性一氧化氮的分析测定.本文介绍和评述了包括芳香邻二氨类、Fe2+-配合物类以及2,7-二氯氢化荧光素等分子荧光探针在一氧化氮分析方面的应用及研究进展.引用文献63篇.

Abstract: Recently,fluorescence probe was widely applied in the determination of nitric oxide.The progress and applications of fluorescence analysis of nitric oxide with fluorescence probe were reviewed,including vicinal phenyldiamines,Fe2+ compound and 2,7-dichlorofluorescin.
