复合改性有机蒙脱土处理印染废水
Treatment of Eriochrome Black T(EBT) in Wastewater Effiuent by Organobentonite

摘要: 选用当地钙基蒙脱土为原料,经提纯钠化后,用四甲基溴化铵(TMAB)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)进行复合改性制得有机蒙脱土,并用IR和XRD对其进行表征.对低浓度铬黑T模拟印染废水进行脱色处理,探讨了脱色工艺条件.结果表明:对50 mL浓度为50 mg/L的铬黑T溶液,在有机蒙脱土用量0.3 g,吸附时间30 m in,温度60℃,TMAB与CTMAB摩尔比为1,pH为2条件下,脱色率可达99.2%.Abstract: TMAB and CTMAB-bentonite(OMMT) were synthesized by inserting tetramethylammonium bromide(TMAB) and hexadecyl trimethylammonium Bromide(CTMAB) into the interlayer of bentonite mineral successively that had been purified and Na-modified.The structure of the modified bentonites was characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction.The Eriochrome Black T wastewater was decolorized by OMMT under experimental conditions.The decolorization ratio was investigated in terms of dosage of OMMT,reaction time,pH etc...
