气浮-水解酸化-UBF-SBR工艺处理硫酸卷曲霉素生产废水的研究

  • 摘要: 采用气浮-水解酸化-UBF-SBR工艺处理某制药公司的硫酸卷曲霉素生产废水,根据废水性质对工艺参数和运行条件进行了试验优化选择.在进水COD浓度6000~20000mg/L、SS浓度2000~5000mg/L,BOD5∶COD=0.25~0.4的条件下,该工艺出水水质能够达到COD300mg/L、BOD550mg/L、NH3-N20mg/L,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)生物制药行业二级要求.

     

    Abstract: The wastewater process constituted with air floating-hydrolytic acidification-upflow blanket filter-sequencing batch reactor unit was used in treatment of capreomycin sulfate wastewater from a pharmaceutical company.
