CR/SIS多元复合接枝氯丁黏合剂的研制

Synthesis on Graft Copolymerization Adhesive of Neoprene/SIS and MMA /BMA /AA

  • 摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸为单体,在甲苯-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂中制得了CR/SIS/MMA/BMA/AA五元接枝改性黏合剂.探讨了搅拌转速、聚合物浓度(固含量)及组成、单体用量及配比对黏合剂性能的影响.适宜的反应条件及配方组成为:搅拌转速为300 r/min,聚合物溶液浓度(固含量)为13%,CR/SIS质量比为5∶1,单体总用量为聚合物质量的60%左右,MMA/BMA/AA质量比为5∶1∶0.6.

     

    Abstract: The CR/SIS adhesive based on chloroprene rubber(CR),styrene-isoprene-styrene block polymer(SIS),methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl methacrylate(BMA) and methylacrylic acid(AA) was synthesized in tolunene-vinyl acetate mixed solvent.Effects of the agitate speed,the concentration of the initial CR and SIS,the amount of monomer,and the mass ratio of CR/SIS and MMA/BMA/AA on the properties of the graft chloroprene rubber and SIS adhesive were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions and formulation are as bello...
