Abstract: On the basis of analyzing Walsh cyclic spectrum of multi-output Boole function,using the equivalence between the orthogonality of multi-output Boole function and balance of its coordinate function any combination,it was proved that multi-output Boole function is an orthomorphic permutation if and only if W(f)(α,α)=W(f)(0,α)=0.
