Abstract: By using the theory of function S-rough sets and random characteristics of function transference,the concept of reliability of function transference and reliability function are presented.The random generation of one direction function S-rough sets and the random generation of two direction function S-rough sets are given.The mathematical structure and characteristics of random generation for function S-rough sets are discusses.
