嘌呤类化合物的反相高效液相色谱行为研究

摘要: 本文报道以含 1 0 mmol/L KH2 PO4-Na2 HPO4( p H8.2 )缓冲溶液的甲醇 -水 ( 1 0 :90 ,V/V)作流动相 ,在 Spherisorb C18柱上 ,同时分离测定了黄嘌呤、鸟嘌呤、腺嘌呤、茶碱和咖啡因五种碱基 ,并用于药物中茶碱和咖啡因的测定 ,标准加入回收率在 95%~ 1 0 5%之间 .Abstract: This paper reported a separation method of five biological bases,including xanthine,guanine,adenine,theophylline,and caffeine on a Spherisorb C 18 column by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography with 10 mmol/L KH 2PO 4 Na 2HPO 4(pH8.2) as a mobile phase.The method was used to determine theophylline and caffeine in medicine,and recorveries of 95%~105% were given.
