纳米级铁氧磁流体磁性粒子的制备工艺及其性能测试
Preparation and properties of the nano-sized of ferrite magnetic particles

摘要: 采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米级铁氧体磁性粒子,用古埃磁天平对产品性能进行了测试,用透射电子显微镜对其结构进行了表征.研究结果表明,保持碱过量比y=0.25,温度T=80℃,加热时间t=120m in,表面活性剂用量比n=0.6等条件时,得到的磁性粒子磁性能达到最强,磁流体的粒子状形态且分散较好,颗粒较均匀,粒度分布较窄,平均直径接近10 nm.Abstract: The nano-sized ferrite magnetic particles were prepared by chemical precipitation. The properties were investigated by VSM. And the size, appearance and magnetism of Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles charaterized using TEM. The results show that the nagnetic particles have the strongest magnetic properties under the conditions of Y (0.25,)temperatare 80 ℃,heating time 120 min and the ration of surfacant n 0.6.Additionally,the average diameter of partides is about 10 nm with the almost same size.
