Abstract: Beginning with the unusual character of one-dimensional perfect binary arrays,its conjecture is proved in the paper.The way shows that the method is helpful to find high-dimensional perfect binary arrays.In the meantime,we also prove the conjecture of cyclical Hadamard matrix is also true.
