Abstract:
When packaging the photovoltaic module, the performance of ethylene⁃vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) in these laminates was greatly influenced by the lamination temperature. To investigate the impact of temperature on EVA film performance, three EVA film samples from the same batch and manufacturer were selected for lamination at three different temperatures. The results of the crosslinking degree test indicated that the melting crosslinking degree of EVA material was enhanced at a laminating temperature of 145 ℃. Additionally, DSC and TGA thermal analysis results demonstrated that, at this temperature, the crystallinity of the EVA film was better and its thermal stability became more consistent.
