贝莱斯芽孢杆菌生物降解在环境与农业中的应用研究进展

Research progress on the application of Bacillus velezensis biodegradation in environment and agriculture

  • 摘要: 贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)是一种广泛存在于自然界的革兰氏阳性芽孢杆菌,在农业、食品和医疗等领域表现出广阔的应用潜力。目前,其生物防治能力、植物促生特性及环境污染物降解活力是该菌生物学功能研究的重要方向。系统总结了贝莱斯芽孢杆菌在磷、纤维素、厨余垃圾、霉菌毒素、重金属、农药和油类物质等多类底物生物降解方面的最新研究进展,并分析了该菌在基因工程改造、环境安全性评估等方面所面临的挑战,旨在为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌生物降解功能的开发与应用提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Bacillus velezensis was identified as a Gram-positive bacillus widely distributed in nature, and broad application potential was demonstrated in the fields of agriculture, food, and medicine. Currently, its biocontrol capability, plant growth-promoting properties, and environmental pollutant degradation activity were regarded as the important research directions regarding its biological functions. The latest research progress on the biodegradation of multiple substrates by Bacillus velezensis, including phosphorus, cellulose, kitchen waste, mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticides, and oils, was systematically summarized. Furthermore, the challenges associated with genetic engineering modification and environmental safety assessment were analyzed. The aims were to provide a theoretical reference for the development and application of the biodegradation functions of Bacillus velezensis.
