区域公共教育资源协调度及时空演化机制——来自大别山区的实证

Regional public education resource coordination and spatiotemporal evolution mechanism: Empirical evidence from the Dabie Mountains

  • 摘要: 公共教育是基本公共服务均等化配置的重要民生领域。运用灰色关联度模型、改进耦合协调度模型、障碍度诊断模型及灰色预测模型等多元研究方法,基于大别山革命老区的实证数据对区域公共教育协调发展中存在的不均等现象及时空演化机制进行深入探讨。研究结果表明:1)研究时段内大别山区各地市的基础教育与高等教育发展水平存在差异,区域公共教育资源的协调发展水平呈稳步上升趋势且伴随明显的地域分异特征;2)普通中学与中职的师生比是基础教育发展的主要障碍因子,生均科技财政支出及科技地勘从业人员数是高等教育发展的主要障碍因子;3)预测时段内,大别山区公共教育协调度呈一定增长趋势,其中孝感市、六安市与驻马店市的增长较快。

     

    Abstract: Public education was identified as a crucial livelihood area in the equalized allocation of basic public services. Multiple research methods, including the grey relational analysis model, improved coupling coordination degree model, obstacle degree diagnosis model, and grey prediction model, were adopted. Based on the empirical data from the Dabie Mountains Revolutionary Old Area, in-depth exploration was conducted on the unequal phenomena and spatiotemporal evolution mechanism in the coordinated development of regional public education. The research results showed that: 1) During the study period, differences existed in the development levels of basic education and higher education among various cities in the Dabie Mountains area; The coordinated development level of regional public education resources showed a steady upward trend with obvious regional differentiation characteristics; 2) The student-teacher ratio in general middle schools and secondary vocational schools was the main obstacle factor affecting the development of basic education, while the per-student scientific and technological fiscal expenditure and the number of scientific and technological geological exploration practitioners were the main obstacle factors for the development of higher education; 3) During the prediction period, the coordination degree of public education in the Dabie Mountains area showed a certain growth trend, among which Xiaogan City, Lu'an City and Zhumadian City grew relatively rapidly.
