基于面板Tobit和面板门槛模型的数字政府建设对城市生态韧性的影响效应

Impact of digital government construction on urban ecological resilience based on panel Tobit and panel threshold models

  • 摘要: 基于2018—2021年中国279个城市的相关数据,利用面板Tobit模型、面板门槛模型探究数字政府建设对城市生态韧性的影响效应与作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)数字政府建设显著促进城市生态韧性提升;(2)数字政府建设可以通过推动产业结构升级来提高城市生态韧性水平;(3)随着生态韧性水平的提升,数字政府建设对城市生态韧性的影响呈现出边际递增的非线性特征。研究结果可为数字政府建设与生态韧性之间的正相关关系提供经验依据。

     

    Abstract: Using panel data of 279 Chinese cities from 2018 to 2021, the panel Tobit and threshold models were employed to examine the impact and mechanisms. Results showed that: (1) Digital government construction significantly boosted urban ecological resilience; (2) Digital government construction promoted ecological resilience by facilitating industrial structure upgrading; (3) A nonlinear marginal increasing effect emerged as ecological resilience was improved. The results provided empirical evidence for the positive correlation between digital government construction and ecological resilience.
