金银花乙酸乙酯部位对湿疹小鼠治疗作用

  • 摘要: 针对金银花治疗湿疹的作用机理尚未被科学证实的问题,采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导C57BL/6小鼠产生湿疹反应的方法,给予金银花乙酸乙酯部位对湿疹小鼠进行治疗,研究了湿疹小鼠疾病相关的免疫因子、皮肤病理切片、皮肤细胞凋亡等指标,得出来金银花清除了湿疹小鼠血清中的IgE、IL-4和IL-17等细胞因子的水平,提高了免疫因子CD4+水平,减轻小鼠湿疹引起的棘层过度增生、减少炎性细胞的浸润和组织水肿,促进角质层细胞的凋亡,湿疹小鼠的症状得到了一定的改善。实验结果显示:金银花乙酸乙酯部位通过抑制炎症细胞的产生、调节免疫因子等方式来治疗湿疹。

     

    Abstract: For the treatment of eczema has not been scientifically confirmed, 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) was used to induce eczema reaction in C57BL/6 mice, and eczema mice were treated with ethyl acetate to study the disease of eczema mice related immune factors, skin pathology slices, skin cell apoptosis indicators. The results showed that the honeysuckle cleared eczema mice serum of IgE, IL-4 and IL-17 levels, the level of CD4 + immune factors was improved, the mouse eczema caused by spine hyperplasia was reduced, the infiltration of inflammatory cells and tissue edema was reduced, also the apoptosis of keratinocytes was promoted, the symptoms of eczema mice had been certain improvement. The experimental results also showed that the ethyl acetate site of honeysuckle treated eczema by inhibiting the production of inflammatory cells and regulating immune factors.
