Solvent⁃dependent aryl sulfone synthesis under visible‑light conditions

  • 摘要: 报道了一种可见光驱动溶剂依赖的芳基砜合成策略。该策略以三(2⁃苯基吡啶)合铱(Ir(ppy)3)为光催化剂,芳基磺酰氯和硼酸为底物,碳酸钾为碱,1,2⁃二氯乙烷为溶剂,水为添加剂,在室温下通过蓝光照射可以32%~93%收率得到各种取代的芳基砜。该方法还可应用于塞来昔布药物类似物的合成修饰。

     

    Abstract: A novel visible‑light‑driven solvent‑dependent strategy for the synthesis of aryl sulfones was demonstrated. With Ir(ppy)3 as photocatalyst, aryl sulfonyl chlorides and boronic acids as substrates, potassium carbonate as base, 1,2‑dichloroethane as solvent and water as additive, the proposed strategy could afford various aryl sulfones in 32%~93% yields at room temperature under blue light irradiation. In addition, the application of the strategy in preparation of celecoxib analogue was achieved.
