无催化剂、无溶剂下硅醚的绿色合成新方法

New method for the catalyst⁃and solvent⁃free green synthesis of silyl ether

  • 摘要: 以六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDS)为硅基化试剂,发展了一种无催化剂、无溶剂条件下硅醚的绿色合成新方法。该方法可以适用于一级苄醇、杂芳基甲醇、烯丙醇和脂肪醇,甚至位阻较大的二级醇以及三级醇,也可以进一步拓展到酚类化合物,在室温下反应即可以高达99%收率的硅醚化产物,具有反应条件简单、易于操作、副产物少、绿色环保等优点,展现出较好的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: Using hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) as the silylation reagent for the green synthesis of silyl ether in the absence of catalyst and solvent was developed. The method can be applied for a variety of primary benzyl alcohols, heteroaryl methanols, allylic alcohols, aliphatic alcohols and even the more sterically hindered secondary alcohols and tertiary alcohols, affording the target silyl ether products only at room temperature with a yield of up to 99%. Moreover, the method can be easily extend to phenols. This new method has the advantages of simple reaction conditions, easy operation, less by⁃products and environmental protection, showing good practical value.
