具有多重氢键结合位点的寡聚芳酰胺类凝胶因子的合成及其性能

Synthesis and properties of gelators with multiple hydrogen bonding sites based on oligomeric aromatic amide

  • 摘要: 设计合成3个末端连接有较强疏水性基团的寡聚芳酰胺类凝胶因子G1、G2和G3,并通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS表征了结构。在此基础上,研究了分子结构和材料表面粗糙度对凝胶性能以及疏水性的影响。结果表明,长烷链或者多醚链等柔性基团较多时,凝胶因子的凝胶性能较强;疏水基团较大或者亲水基团数目减少时,凝胶因子形成的干凝胶薄膜的疏水性增强。

     

    Abstract: Three gelators (G1, G2 and G3) with strong hydrophobic groups terminating at the end of oligomeric aromatic amide were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The effects of molecular structure and surface roughness on gel properties and hydrophobicity were studied. The results showed that the gel properties of gelator was stronger when there were more flexible groups, such as long alkane chains or polyether chains. The hydrophobicity of xerogel film formed by gelator was enhanced with the increase of hydrophobic groups or the decrease of hydrophilic groups.
